Accounts Payable Specialist

Infrastructure Precast, Inc. is an equal opportunity at-will employer seeking a motivated and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This full-time position reports directly to the Controller and will be on-site at our Beaver Dam, KY location.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct accordingly
• Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure proper coding and approval
• Schedule and issue payments via check, ACH, or wire transfer
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized AP files and records for audits
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, correspondence, etc.
• Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum experience 2 years in a similar role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problemsolving skills
• Experience with accounts payable and/or accounts receivable processing
• Invoice management and reconciliations
• Positive attitude and ability to lead by example in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Netsuite.
