We are seeking a corporate Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities Include::
  • Review all invoices received for appropriate documentation.
  • Manage AP entries using multiple accounting software and other programs.
  • Handle AP for separate entities and vendors
  • Provide proper general ledger account coding and location.
  • Assist in a weekly check run by reviewing the AP Aging and due dates.
  • Reconcile vendor statement, research and correct discrepancies as needed.
  • Provide customer service to the vendors and internal business partners.
  • Assist in annual 1099 reporting.
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications::
  • BA Degree in Accounting or Business preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Must have Excel knowledge (as well as Word/Outlook)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer service oriented
