We are growing and currently looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team either in Spokane, WA, or Hayden, ID. Position Summary: This role combines Accounts Payable responsibilities with office administrative support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both financial accuracy and helping keep operations running smoothly.

Work Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and assist with month-end tasks
• Support daily office operations, including phones, scheduling, and general admin duties
• Assist with organization, data entry, and team support as needed

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
• Experience in construction, HVAC, or service industry preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
