We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. In this vital role, you will manage the company’s accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices while maintaining compliance with financial policies and standards. Your expertise will support our commitment to operational excellence and financial integrity. Duties

• Process and verify all incoming vendor invoices using accounting software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions, perform account reconciliations.
• Manage vendor relationships by resolving invoice discrepancies, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of payments made.
• Collaborate with the finance team to facilitate month-end closing activities, including data entry and account analysis.
• Proven experience in accounts payable or related accounting roles within a corporate or public accounting environment.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts such as debits & credits, double entry bookkeeping, general ledger accounting, and account reconciliation.
• Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy (10 key typing proficiency).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
