Accounts Payable Specialist

Pinnacle Partners is working with a company local to Indianapolis in their search for a direct hire Accounts Payable Specialist. This position will work fully onsite in downtown Indianapolis. A generous parking stipend is provided.

Accounts Payable Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support property accounting division
• Heavy cash management, monitoring account balances before processing payments
• Low volume manual entry of invoices
• Work with Property Managers to resolve any issues or concerns

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
• Cash Management experience highly preferred
• Strong computer skills
• AP within Property Management industry preferred
• Strong Excel skills
