Accounts Payable Specialist

Legacy Housing Corporation, a publicly-traded manufactured housing builder, is seeking a sharp, detail-driven Accounts Payable Specialist to join our AP Department. Duties & Responsibilities

• Review invoices for accuracy and proper approvals
• Perform a three-way match of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
• Resolve discrepancies with internal departments
• Maintain accurate vendor files
• Respond to requests from key business partners and internal and external auditors
• Support automation efforts to drive efficiencies, enhanced controls, and improved accuracy
• Perform other functions as needed

Qualifications & Skills

REQUIRED

• 3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
• Team player with an outstanding attitude

PREFERRED

• Three-way match processing
• Experience with an ERP system (we are transitioning from Microsoft Dynamics GP to Business Central, so you'll gain exposure to both)

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
