Job Summary

Bizwave Consultancy is hiring a mid-level Accounts Payable Specialist with real estate industry experience for its UAE-based operations. The candidate should be experienced in invoice processing, vendor management, reconciliations, and AP reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor and supplier invoices accurately
• Manage accounts payable records and payment schedules
• Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with finance and procurement teams
• Prepare AP reports and maintain documentation
• Ensure timely payments and compliance with company procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–5 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Real estate industry experience is mandatory
• Strong command of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines efficiently

Preferred

• UAE accounts experience preferred
• Immediate joiners encouraged to apply
