Lucid Financials is building the next-generation financial operating system for modern businesses - combining bookkeeping, tax, and CFO services into one real-time AI-driven platform. We operate like a true startup: fast-moving, high-ownership, and focused on building something meaningful.

We’re looking for a sharp and dependable Accounts Payable Specialist who thrives in a startup environment and wants to be part of a growing global finance team.

What you’ll do

• Own the full accounts payable cycle across multiple U.S. client entities
• Review, code, and process vendor invoices accurately and on time
• Prepare and execute weekly payment runs (ACH, wires, cards)
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies quickly
• Maintain clean, organized, audit-ready records
• Work closely with bookkeeping and CFO teams
• Support month-end close related to payables
• Help improve and automate internal AP workflows

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment (required)
• Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experience
• Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks (QuickBooks Online preferred)
• Solid understanding of U.S. accounting and AP processes
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Reliable, responsive, and comfortable working remotely
• Able to take ownership and move quickly without constant supervision

Pay: $29.38 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45.0 per week
