Responsibilities

• Process and manage vendor invoices using third-party payment platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Handle customer invoicing, payment processing, and collections with customers direct and through third-party systems.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances professionally and promptly.
• Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized financial records, documentation, and communications in compliance with company procedures.
• Communicate daily with vendors and customers via phone and email to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Assist with weekly filing, administrative duties, and special projects as needed.
• Support customer service-related tasks and collaborate with internal team members to improve workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bookkeeping, or general accounting preferred .
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is strongly preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Professional attitude with strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
