About the Role:

We are seeking an entry level Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring vendor relationships and customer satisfaction are maintained with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review statements/invoices for accuracy.
• Follow all policies and Procedures provided during training.
• Work with all departments to assure deadlines for payments are met timely.
• Process check, electronic and credit card payments to vendors.
• Verify all steps in the internal process are completed and accurate before submitting payment.
• Communicate with internal staff and vendors to resolve discrepancies or disputes.
• Keep up with a fast paced and high volume work environment.

What we are looking for:

• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Able to use Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• The ability to problem solve and communicate.
• Basic mathematics understanding and/or basic book keeping skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
• Able working independently and as a team to complete daily tasks and deadlines.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Occasional flexibility to work outside regular hours during industry events.
