Job description:

The Accounts cum Purchase Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, managing vendor payments, maintaining purchase records, and ensuring timely procurement of materials or services. The role requires strong attention to detail, and familiarity with accounting.

Accounts Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally / ERP system /Gst filing etc
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
  • Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing and audit preparation.
  • Maintain records of petty cash and expense statements.
  • Generate reports on expenses, budgets, and cash flow as required.

Purchase Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate vendors/suppliers for quality, pricing, and reliability.
  • Maintain an updated database of suppliers, purchase records, and inventory.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in accounting and purchasing roles.
  • Proficiency in Tally / / ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word)./GST
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
