Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tally and basic accounting principles. This role is suitable for someone with approximately 1 year of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all accounting transactions.
  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping activities including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Record all business transactions in Tally accurately and timely.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain petty cash records.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and summaries as required.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
  • Support payroll processing and GST filing (if applicable).
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for smooth financial operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Tally
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles, GST, and invoicing.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Preferred:

  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
  • Familiarity with statutory compliance and financial reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
