Position Summary

The Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable & Grower Settlements Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of company receivables, payables, and grower settlement calculations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, maintaining grower trust, and minimizing financial and operational risk to the company.

The role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong accounting judgment, the ability to follow established procedures, and the ability to independently identify and correct errors before payments are issued.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable and/or accounts payable
• Experience with settlement processing, agricultural accounting, or cost‑based settlements preferred
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to follow established processes and apply them consistently
• Ability to independently identify errors and take corrective action
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
