Job Description :-

- Invoice Management: Prepare and send invoices to customers, track invoice status, and follow up on overdue payments.

- Payment Processing: Process customer payments, including applying payments to accounts and resolving payment discrepancies.

- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivable records with customer statements and resolve any discrepancies.

- Collections: Communicate with customers to resolve outstanding balances, negotiate payment plans, and escalate issues to management as needed.

- Reporting: Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, including aging reports and bad debt provisions.

Experience :- 3 to 5 years

Salary :- 35 to 38k

Location :- Gurgaon Sec 48

Night Shift (6pm to 3pm) 5 Days working
