Position: Accounts Receivable Clerk, BSC

Responsibilities

• Perform Daily Reconciliation and correcting entries for each car dealership’s daily deposits.
• Maintain credit card receivable schedules and cash clearing schedules.
• Post daily banking activity relating to credit card deposits, NSF, and daily deposits.
• Maintain communication with the stores regarding deposits, outstanding balances, and schedules.
• Process credit override requests.
• Other projects or duties, as assigned.

Ǫualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior Accounting and CDK experience required.
• Automotive experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel.
• Must be able to demonstrate work process judgment and prioritize in a multi-task environment.
• Prior accounts receivable experience a plus.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, verbal, written and organization skills.
• Time management with excellent attention to detail.
