Accounts Receivable Clerk A

Reliable Equipment in Warminster is gorwing! We have an opening for a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk.

This position is onsite Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm.

Job Summary

The Accounts Receivable Clerk supports the Accounting Department by processing customer invoices, maintaining accurate account information, and assisting with credit applications. This role also provides occasional administrative support as needed to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Portals & Invoice Processing

• Enter customer invoices into various customer portals such as Coupa, Ariba, and PPL.
• Maintain accurate billing and shipping information for all customer accounts.

Customer Account Setup & Maintenance

• Set up new customer accounts and update existing account information.
• Ensure sales tax exemption certificates are received, validated, and recorded when required.

Credit Applications

• Send and track credit applications and customer information forms.
• Follow up on additional references or information as needed.
• Record approved credit limits and communicate results to relevant staff.

Additional / Backup Responsibilities (As Needed)

• Provide phone coverage and support at the office.
• Pick up and distribute mail, and perform bank deposits.
• Assist with billing review, cash application, or collections support when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable.
• Some experience in administrative tasks such as answering phones, making bank deposits, and handling mail.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
• Familiarity with accounting software and customer portals preferred.
