Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Accounts Receivable CSR to handle payment-related inquiries, maintain accurate AR records, and support clients through timely and professional communication. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills along with basic accounting knowledge, especially in Accounts Receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer payments, billing inquiries, and account status.

Manage accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding invoices.

Coordinate with customers to confirm payments, resolve discrepancies, and update payment records.

Process receipts and allocate payments to the correct customer accounts.

Communicate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Sales) for issue resolution.

Prepare and share daily/weekly AR reports as required.

Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and payment follow-ups.

Assist in reconciliations of customer accounts when needed.

Ensure timely escalation of unresolved issues to the concerned department.

Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring professionalism in every interaction.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Customer Service (preferred).

Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).

Ability to manage customer queries professionally and efficiently.

Basic understanding of AR processes, invoice reconciliation, and payment follow-ups.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar is a plus).

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Availability for night shift operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
