Accounts Receivable (AR) Lead - FMCG | Gurgaon | Immediate Joiners and Female Candidates Preferred

About the Role:
Lead end-to-end receivables & collections across GT, MT, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce. Drive DSO improvements, credit control, reconciliations, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own O2C process: Manage receivables, aging, collections, credit limits for all channels.
• Handle GT/MT distributors, E-com/Quick Commerce (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.) reconciliations, claims, deductions, debit/credit notes.
• Prepare MIS reports, ensure month-end closings, and support audits.
• Lead AR team, coordinate with sales/finance/supply chain/channel partners.
• Work on ERP (SAP/Oracle/Tally/other).

Mandatory Requirements:

• 6-10 years hands-on AR experience in FMCG.
• Proven O2C expertise across GT/MT/E-com/Quick Commerce.
• Strong DSO reduction, reconciliations, claims handling.
• ERP proficiency + stakeholder/team management.
• Immediate joiner or ≤15 days notice. Face-to-face interviews only.

Skills: Analytical mindset, compliance knowledge, MIS reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,700,000.00 per year
