Accounts Receivable Executive (Real Estate)

About the Role:
We are hiring an Accounts Receivable Executive to manage client payments, installment schedules, and collection follow‑ups for our real estate projects. The right candidate must be organized, proactive, and experienced in AR processes within property development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and update customer installment payments
• Prepare and maintain AR aging reports
• Follow up with clients on overdue payments
• Coordinate with sales and finance departments
• Reconcile payments, receipts, and client accounts
• Ensure proper documentation and maintain collection records

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–4 years AR experience in real estate development
• Excellent communication and follow‑up skills
• Strong Excel and ERP system knowledge
• Good understanding of payment plans and milestone billing
