Accounts Receivable - Intern

The Accounts Receivable Clerk Intern provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of Copart. Through a thorough understanding of Copart's practices, the Buyer AR Clerk offers solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience. The Buyer AR Clerk provides general administrative support while multi-tasking in hectic and stressful situations.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Open incoming mail from sellers
• Apply seller payments to accounts
• Research payments with missing account information.
• Use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs.
• Work with internal customers to research and answer customer questions.
• Read and interpret carious reports and documents
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• Junior / Senior level student (or above) currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
• Working towards a BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficient knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and graphs, preferred.
• Demonstrate time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Computer proficiency - MS Office Suite.
