Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Officer based in Doha. The Accounts Receivable Officer will handle daily tasks such as monitoring payments, managing outstanding accounts, and performing credit and debt collection activities. Key responsibilities include coordinating with clients regarding payments, reconciling accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely invoicing and reporting. The candidate will work closely with the finance team to maintain financial stability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Credit Control and Debt Collection practices
• Strong Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of Finance principles
• Experience in Customer Service to foster positive relationships and resolve disputes effectively
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work within deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Previous experience in accounts receivable or financial management is highly preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic (Bilingual)
