Accounts Receivable Representative

Location: Giga Mall

The Accounts Receivable Representative is responsible for managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances. This role works closely with customers and internal teams to resolve billing issues and support the organization’s cash flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate, review, and send customer invoices accurately and on time
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments
• Post customer payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers, credit cards) to the accounting system
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding payment status
• Prepare and maintain accounts receivable aging reports
• Assist with month-end closing related to accounts receivable
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and accounting teams to resolve account issues
• Support audits by providing requested documentation and reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
