Duties & Responsibilities:

• Issue accurate invoices and credit notes in line with contracts.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
• Prepare AR aging reports and collection forecasts.
• Reconcile AR balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service on credit issues.
• Support Finance Manager in cash flow forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with company credit policies.
• Assist in year-end audit requirements related to AR.
• Maintain accurate customer records in ERP system.
• Work cross-functionally to improve AR processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit control.
• Knowledge of invoicing, credit management, and collections processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
