Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join Pacific Mobile Diagnostics (PMD). In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. Yimpact.

Duties

• Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, and payment processing.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with clients or customers via phone or email to ensure timely payments
• Perform detailed account analysis and resolve discrepancies related to debits & credits, journal entries, or billing issues

Experience

• Proven experience in accounts receivable
• Strong knowledge of financial concepts including debits & credits, journal entries, and double entry bookkeeping
• Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately
• Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for effective communication with clients and internal teams
• Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT coding (Current Procedural Terminology), ICD-10 coding standards, and revenue cycle management processes are preferred but not required

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
