Job Description

Magna Foodservice is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely collections, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting overall cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
  • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with customers for timely payments.
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable ledger.
  • Prepare aging reports and assist in monthly financial reporting.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer queries professionally.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams regarding account-related matters.
  • Ensure accurate posting of daily receipts and payment allocations.
  • Maintain proper documentation in compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
