Accounts Receivables

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional with experience working with international clients and companies. The role will be based in Pakistan and will be responsible for managing global receivables, ensuring timely collections, accurate invoicing, and compliance with international accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes for international customers
• Generate and issue accurate invoices in accordance with contracts and agreements
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on outstanding balances
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain aging reports and provide regular AR status updates to management
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams across different time zones
• Record receipts and apply payments accurately in the accounting system
• Ensure compliance with company policies and international accounting practices
• Assist in month-end closing and AR reporting
• Support audits by providing required AR documentation

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
• Proven experience working with international companies or global clients
• Strong understanding of AR processes, invoicing, and collections
• Experience handling foreign currencies and international transactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software / ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with multinational or shared services environments
• Familiarity with IFRS and international billing practices
• Experience working with clients in the US, Europe, or Middle East
• Knowledge of banking procedures, wire transfers, and foreign remittances
• Ability to work flexible hours to support international time zones
