Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Remote Accounts specialist to manage and record daily financial transactions. The ideal candidate is organized, proficient in Excel, and has a solid understanding of accounting principles. This role is fully remote and offers the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record incoming and outgoing expenses accurately
• Maintain and update financial ledgers and records
• Reconcile accounts and verify transactions
• Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy of records

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Strong knowledge of Excel (formulas, tables, basic reporting)
• Understanding of basic accounting principles (debits, credits, reconciliations)
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with accounting software
• Prior experience in fintech or remote finance roles
