Accounts Supervisor

Supervise daily accounting operations across restaurants and café outlets.

Review and verify daily sales reports (POS reports), cash collections, credit card settlements, and delivery platform reconciliations.

Monitor revenue accuracy and ensure proper recording of dine-in, takeaway, and online sales.

Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments to suppliers and proper collection procedures.

Reconcile bank statements, supplier statements, and inter-branch transactions.

Monitor food & beverage cost percentages and coordinate with operations to control cost variances.

Review inventory reports and coordinate with storekeepers to ensure accurate stock valuation and cost control.

Assist in monthly closing procedures, including journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting.

Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, cash flow, cost analysis) for management review.

Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and financial procedures.

Support budgeting and forecasting processes for restaurant operations.

Coordinate with external auditors and ensure proper documentation is maintained.

Supervise and guide junior accounting staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Monitor payroll inputs in coordination with HR (attendance, overtime, incentives).

Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR8,000.00 per month
