Working Hours: 12 PM – 8 PM (Pakistan Time)
Salary: PKR 45,000 – PKR 55,000

Role Overview

We are hiring an Accounts Support Officer for our Accounts Department. This is an entry-level position where the primary responsibility is handling calls with UK-based clients/customer. The ideal candidate must be confident on calls, communicate clearly, and have a basic understanding of accounting concepts to address client queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with UK-based clients on a daily basis
• Respond to account-related queries professionally and accurately
• Follow up on outstanding payments and billing concerns
• Coordinate with internal accounts team to resolve client issues
• Maintain proper call notes and documentation
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, BBA, or related field (Fresh graduates encouraged)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Strong spoken English with a neutral accent
• Confident in handling calls consistently throughout the shift
• Good problem-solving and listening skills
• Basic MS Excel knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
