Accounts & Taxation Specialist

We are looking for an Accounts & Taxation Specialist to handle day-to-day accounting operations and manage all tax-related activities, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax. The role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and coordination with auditors and tax authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting entries, reconciliations, and ledgers.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns on time.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in tax audits and statutory audits.
• Prepare MIS reports and provide data for management review.
• Stay updated on tax laws, circulars, and notifications.
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and tax officers when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
• 2–7 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally / SAP / Zoho Books / Excel.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
