Job Description

Beat Educations is looking for a motivated Accounts Trainee to support the finance department with day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should possess basic accounting knowledge and must have a personal laptop for daily work activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily accounts and financial records
• Assist in billing, invoice preparation, vouchers, and data entry
• Support bank reconciliation and expense tracking activities
• Help with documentation, report creation, and filing work
• Coordinate with the team for smooth execution of accounts tasks

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) – pursuing or completed
• Basic knowledge of Tally & MS Excel
• Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to learn, adapt, and work as part of a team
• Laptop is mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹4,999.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
