We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account & Treasury Officer with strong MS Excel skills to join our accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor bank balances and manage daily fund requirements.
- Process vendor, employee, distributor, and statutory payments, including RTGS transactions.
- Handle monthly payroll payments and maintain payment records.
- Record financial transactions and prepare journal vouchers.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts, treasury reports, and payment schedules.
- Coordinate with banks and internal departments on payment and treasury matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support audit activities.
- Perform other accounts, finance, and treasury-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounts and treasury functions.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
