Accounts & Treasury Officer

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account & Treasury Officer with strong MS Excel skills to join our accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor bank balances and manage daily fund requirements.
  • Process vendor, employee, distributor, and statutory payments, including RTGS transactions.
  • Handle monthly payroll payments and maintain payment records.
  • Record financial transactions and prepare journal vouchers.
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts, treasury reports, and payment schedules.
  • Coordinate with banks and internal departments on payment and treasury matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support audit activities.
  • Perform other accounts, finance, and treasury-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounts and treasury functions.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
