Role - Accounts & Finance Executive

Location - Mannady, Chennai.

Experience - 1-2 years

Role Description

  • Handle receivables, payables, reconciliation, and credit control.
  • Ensure accurate recording of freight revenues, slot chartering, and cost allocations.
  • Coordinate with overseas agents, vendors, and internal teams for settlement of accounts.
  • Prepare MIS reports, P&L, and assist in budgeting/forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities when required.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Accounts.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications- B.com

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
