Job Title: Finance Manager / Accounts Manager

LOCATION: II CHUNDRIGAR Road OFFICE (2 POSITIONS URGENT REQUIREMENT)

Reports To: CFO
Industry: Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) / Transport

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, and compliance. Oversees and work with accounts team, and CFO.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting, billing, AR/AP, bank handling, and petty cash.
• Review and approve client billing for customs clearance, port charges, shipping line fees, and services.
• Ensure timely arrangement of funds for duties, terminal charges, and urgent C&F payments.
• Monitor receivables, ageing, and follow-ups to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Oversee bank reconciliations, client/vendor reconciliations, and monthly closing.
• Ensure proper withholding tax compliance and coordinate with tax consultants.
• Implement internal controls and maintain accurate financial records.
• Lead, train, and supervise the accounts team.

Requirements

• B.Com/BBA/MBA/ACCA (finance/accounting).
• 1–5 years' experience, including 1+ years in a clearing & forwarding/logistics company.
• Strong knowledge of customs duties, port/shipping charges, and C&F billing.
• Excellent Excel and ERP/accounting software skills.
• Strong leadership, accuracy, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
