Accounts/Import Manager

Join our dynamic team at ASIF TRADERS, a leading firm in the Automotive sector specializing in Imported Tyres & Alloy Rims. We are committed to excellence and are looking for a highly skilled Accounts Manager to oversee our financial & import/export operations.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Accounts Manager to take charge of our company's comprehensive financial and accounting functions, with a critical focus on import documentation and compliance. This is a pivotal role that ensures the seamless flow of goods and funds across international borders while maintaining strict financial integrity.

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Financial Reporting: Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
• Accounts Management: Managing all ledger accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Import/Export Documentation: Overseeing and ensuring accuracy in all trade-related documentation, such as Bills of Lading (B/L), customs declarations, letters of credit (L/C) and shipping documents.
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to local and international tax regulations, customs duties and trade compliance laws.
• Banking & Reconciliation: Managing bank accounts, performing reconciliations and handling foreign exchange transactions.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assisting in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts and variance analysis.
• Audit Support: Liaising with internal and external auditors and ensuring all necessary documentation is available.

Qualifications

• Education: Must possess a Master of Commerce (M.Com) or MBA degree from a recognized institution.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive work experience in accounting, with specific, proven experience managing the financial aspects of import and export operations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Odoo) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Trade Knowledge: In-depth understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms) and customs procedures.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.

Job Timings: 11:00 AM - 09:00 PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
