1. Financial Records & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP as applicable).

2. Bookkeeping & Data Entry

  • Record daily financial transactions.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company ledgers.

3. Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor actual performance against budget.

4. Taxation & Compliance (specific to UAE)

  • Prepare and file VAT returns on time.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax regulations.
  • Stay updated with local laws and regulatory changes.

5. Payroll & Employee Expenses

  • Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
  • Handle employee expense reimbursements.

6. Internal Controls & Audit Support

  • Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required data.

7. Cash Flow & Treasury Management

  • Monitor daily cash flow and manage company liquidity.
  • Prepare cash flow statements and forecasts.

8. Management Support

  • Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.
  • Advise on cost reduction, profitability, and business efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
