1. Financial Records & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP as applicable).
2. Bookkeeping & Data Entry
- Record daily financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and company ledgers.
3. Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor actual performance against budget.
4. Taxation & Compliance (specific to UAE)
- Prepare and file VAT returns on time.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax regulations.
- Stay updated with local laws and regulatory changes.
5. Payroll & Employee Expenses
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Handle employee expense reimbursements.
6. Internal Controls & Audit Support
- Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required data.
7. Cash Flow & Treasury Management
- Monitor daily cash flow and manage company liquidity.
- Prepare cash flow statements and forecasts.
8. Management Support
- Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.
- Advise on cost reduction, profitability, and business efficiency.
