Works within an agile environment to develop, execute, and maintain test plans, scenarios, cases and scripts. Analyzes and validates software applications and systems to ensure they function in accordance with business expectations. Collaborates closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers and cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and objectives.

What You'll Do:
  • Develops test plans, scenarios, cases and scripts.
  • Executes test scenarios, cases and scripts.
  • Applies industry standard testing techniques.
  • Applies internal processes and procedures.
  • Demonstrates understanding of insurance concepts.
  • Demonstrates understanding of technical requirements.
  • Validates and analyzes expected and unexpected results.
  • Ensures proper documentation of defects and resolutions.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or a GED.
Preferred Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, mathematics, business or related field, or four years of relevant experience in the software testing field.
