TPMG Orthopedics are seeking a full-time Advanced Care Provider (ACP) to join our team.

We are seeking a highly motivated and patient-centered ACP (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing outpatient orthopedic practice. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with orthopedic surgeons and a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive musculoskeletal care in a fast-paced ambulatory setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about orthopedic medicine, enjoys building long-term patient relationships, and is committed to delivering exceptional clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history and physical examinations.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans under established clinical protocols.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including radiographs, MRI, CT scans, and laboratory tests.
  • Perform office-based procedures such as joint injections, aspirations, fracture care, and casting/splinting as appropriate.
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative evaluations and patient education.
  • Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, athletic trainers, and ancillary staff.
  • Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently within the electronic medical record.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice development.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of an approved Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current state licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
  • Current DEA license
  • Current national board certification
