Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00+ OTE (Performance-Driven)

Location: 6821 Southpoint Dr N, Jacksonville, FL 32216 (This role is 100% in-person; you will dispatch from our Jacksonville office to your daily field appointments.)

You are a natural closer, you are incredibly money-motivated, and you are willing to outwork everyone in the room to hit your next $100k+ year. You have the raw sales talent, but you are currently in a vehicle (solar, roofing, auto, or Door-to-Door) that caps your earning potential or doesn't offer a path into real estate investment.

CASA One Residential is a high-velocity real estate investment firm operating a strict, metrics-driven wholesaling and flipping machine.

We do not need you to have a decade of real estate experience. If you have the drive, the sales DNA, and the willingness to learn, we will train you on the real estate. We have the capital, the systems, and the leads. We need a frontline closer who is hungry enough to run 4-6 in-person appointments a day, follow the playbook, and secure the contracts.

The Machine (How We Operate)
We don’t do "spray and pray" cold calling for our Acquisition team. Our Lead Managers and Marketing pipeline generate the inbound opportunities and filter out the noise. They tee up the appointments; your job is to knock them down.

The Mission (What You’ll Do)

  • Run Qualified Appointments: Take the baton from our Lead Managers and drive across Northeast Florida to meet distressed sellers face-to-face.
  • Negotiate & Close: Step into high-pressure environments, build tactical rapport, handle intense financial objections, and get the contract signed.
  • Learn the Underwriting: We will teach you how to analyze properties, run comps, and estimate repair costs so you can structure winning offers on the spot.
  • Maintain the "Definition of Done" (DoD): We are highly operational. A meeting is not done until our CRM (REsimpli) and dashboards (Coda) are updated with zero data loss.

How You Will Be Measured (Your Scoreboard) We operate on a strict KPI framework. We love keeping score. You will be held accountable to the following conversion metrics from day one:

  • Appointment → Offer Made: 99% conversion.
  • Offer Made → Contract Signed: 20% conversion.
  • Contract Signed → Closed/Funded: 70% conversion.

The Knockout Criteria (Do Not Apply If You Don't Meet These)

  • The Drive: You are highly compensated based on performance. If a comfortable, low-stress 9-to-5 is your goal, you will not survive here.
  • Experience: 1-3+ years of aggressive B2C sales experience (e.g., Door-to-Door, Solar, Home Improvement, Auto, Insurance). Real estate experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
  • Coachability: You leave your ego at the door. You are a sponge. You follow SOPs, respect the CRM, and don't try to go "rogue."
  • Schedule Reality: Real estate doesn't care if it's Friday at 5 PM. You must be willing to run appointments and maintain communication with your prospects in the evenings and on weekends to get the deal done.
  • Location & Logistics: You MUST live in or near Jacksonville, FL, and possess reliable transportation for daily field travel.
