Job Title: Acting Chief Executive Officer (Acting CEO)

Company: FGREALTY UAE Real Estate Brokerage
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Reports To: Board of Directors / Group CEO (FGREALTY Group – Qatar HQ)

Job Purpose:

The Acting CEO is responsible for leading, managing, and expanding the operations of FGREALTY UAE, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic vision, brand standards, and performance goals. The role involves overseeing business development, financial performance, compliance with UAE real estate laws, and the operational excellence of all departments.

The Acting CEO serves as the primary decision-maker for day-to-day operations and represents FGREALTY UAE in dealings with partners, regulatory bodies, and clients, while ensuring the company’s growth and profitability objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership & Management

  • Lead the execution of FGREALTY UAE’s business strategy in alignment with the group’s overall objectives.
  • Oversee all operational and administrative functions, ensuring smooth business performance.
  • Establish short- and long-term goals for revenue growth, market positioning, and team expansion.
  • Monitor departmental performance (Sales, Leasing, Marketing, and Admin) and ensure accountability across all levels.

2. Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and property listings to expand the company’s portfolio.
  • Strengthen relationships with developers, landlords, and key corporate clients.
  • Oversee and approve major client negotiations, agency agreements, and brokerage collaborations.
  • Represent FGREALTY UAE at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms to enhance visibility and credibility.

3. Financial Oversight & Reporting

  • Supervise the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
  • Ensure financial discipline, cost efficiency, and profitability across departments.
  • Approve major operational expenses and commission structures in line with company policy.
  • Report regularly to the Group CEO and Board of Directors on performance, risks, and strategic initiatives.

4. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure full compliance with RERA, Dubai Land Department (DLD), and all UAE real estate regulations.
  • Oversee licensing, renewals, and registration requirements for agents and the brokerage firm.
  • Mitigate operational, legal, and reputational risks by maintaining transparent and compliant business practices.
  • Enforce adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and the FGREALTY Code of Conduct.

5. Leadership & People Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop management and operational teams to achieve optimal performance.
  • Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Approve hiring decisions, performance evaluations, and training plans.
  • Ensure consistent communication between the UAE team and Qatar HQ.

6. Operational Excellence & Brand Representation

  • Ensure all FGREALTY UAE offices operate in accordance with company brand standards and service quality expectations.
  • Oversee CRM utilization, marketing initiatives, and digital campaigns to drive leads and conversions.
  • Maintain alignment between UAE and Qatar teams in operational processes, reporting systems, and client management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (Master’s degree required).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in real estate management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within the UAE market.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate laws, RERA regulations, and brokerage operations.
  • Proven track record in business development, team leadership, and P&L management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and align diverse teams.
