Key Responsibilities:


  • Process and validate customer and merchant activation requests, ensuring document accuracy and compliance.
  • Verify KYC, contracts, and credit approvals before activation in SEVEN’s systems.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Compliance, and IT to resolve pending documentation or data issues.
  • Maintain accurate activation records, logs, and audit trails.
  • Generate reports and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, onboarding, or back-office roles.
  • Background in consumer finance or banking.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
