  • Lead the planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of multiple activation projects simultaneously.
  • Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors, agencies, venues, and talent.
  • Oversee all logistical elements, including permits, staffing, transportation, materials, and on-site operations.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact during activations, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees, staff, and partners.
  • Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and provide detailed post-event reports with insights and recommendations for future improvements.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in experiential marketing, event management, or as an Activations Manager.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
  • Experienced in managing budgets with a keen eye for cost-effectiveness.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build strong relationships.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs95,000.00 per month
