We are looking for an Activations Manager who will be responsible for the end-to-end management of brand activation projects, ensuring seamless execution from planning to post-event evaluation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop activation proposals and budgets aligned with brand objectives.
  • Manage complete activation execution, including vendor coordination, logistics, and on-ground supervision.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all project elements within approved budgets.
  • Conduct post-event reviews, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate cost-effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and activation standards.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in experiential marketing, event management, or a similar activation role.
  • Strong organizational abilities and experience managing multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
  • Hands-on experience in budget management and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
