Hours: (M-F) 8am-5pm

A family in Ashburn, VA is seeking a dedicated nanny for their three children, ages 5, 2½, and 3 months. The primary focus will be on the 2½-year-old, while the 5-year-old is in school full-time until 3:30 PM, with some support needed for the baby throughout the day. The ideal candidate is nurturing, friendly, and highly focused on developmental milestones, with a hands-on, engaging approach to childcare. The family values outdoor play and would love a nanny who enjoys taking the children to parks and spending time outside in all types of weather. This is a mostly screen-free household, so creativity and active engagement are key. The family follows a consistent daily routine with set times for naps, snacks, and meals, so someone who is comfortable with structure and maintaining schedules is important. One child has food allergies, and the nanny must be comfortable using an EpiPen if needed. Qualifications⁣

• At least 5 years of recent professional nannying experience⁣
• Must be legal to work in the US
• Must be local to the DC-metro area (DC, MD, VA)
• Licensed driver with a clean driving record & car⁣
• Must be Covid-vaccinated with recent vaccine or Booster

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
