NMG Technologies is a fast-growing IT solutions provider specializing in digital transformation, web and mobile app development, and staffing solutions. We are looking for passionate Recruiters (IT & Non-IT) to join our HR team and help us attract top talent across various domains.
Key Responsibilities
For IT Recruiter:
- Understand technical job descriptions and source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Screen and evaluate candidates for software development, infrastructure, data, and other technical roles.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage the hiring process end-to-end.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.
For Non-IT Recruiter:
- Source and screen candidates for non-technical roles such as sales, marketing, HR, operations, finance, and administration.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely hiring.
- Manage job postings, candidate databases, and interview coordination.
- Maintain excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience (IT or Non-IT).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
