Actuarial Consultant

Seeking an experienced Consulting Actuary to design and refine pricing models for fertility treatments and related medications. This role involves developing actuarial frameworks, building financial tools for risk-adjusted premiums and utilization forecasts, and creating funding models that make fertility care more predictable and affordable for employers and patients.

Qualification:

• 7+ years in healthcare actuarial work (fertility/specialty benefits preferred)
• FSA or equivalent credential
• Expertise in predictive modeling, health economics, and plan design
• Proficient in Python, R, SAS, and Excel/VBA
• Familiar with Milliman, Optum, or Mercer pricing
• Knowledge of fertility treatment factors and outcomes
