What Makes You A Perfect Fit?

· Preferably graduated from Actuarial Sciences, Statistical, Mathematical or related discipline

· At least 6-8 years of experience in actuarial pricing within insurance industry

Proven experience in leading and managing teams, strong people management skills

· Analytical and interpersonal skills

· Solid knowledge of actuarial pricing methodologies, tools and techniques

· Strong analytical, problem - solving, and strategic thinking abilities

· Ability to present complex actuarial concepts in a clear and business - friendly manner

· Able to use MS Office programs well

· Good English skills in written and verbal communications

· Calculation of premium rates and related profit analysis. (Business plan, Stress test, Crash test)

· Preparing the Actuarial Governance and Technical basis for new risks

· Contribution to the maintenance and update Local Guidelines

· Guarantee the control and benchmark of data provided by partner for pricing

· Creation of profit analyses note for each proposed product and formal pricing validation

· Contribution on commercial business plans and actuarial part of annual budgetary process

· Technical basis assessment and its regular update

· Fluent communication with Local Chief Actuary and Group Actuarial Team France Head Office
