Ad hoc Wills and Estates Attorney

Oracle Legal Group is looking for an ad hoc Wills and Estates Attorney in the Houston, Texas area. We are hiring a skilled legal professional to assist with wills, trusts, and estate planning on a flexible, as-needed basis. Experience in asset protection is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
• Providing legal counsel on estate administration and probate matters.
• Working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Texas.
• 5 or more years of experience in wills and estates law.
• Must be located in the Houston, Texas metropolitan area.
