Ad Operations Associate - Growth Marketing

Responsibilities


Direct Advertiser Management

  • Handle inbound leads for direct ad sales, qualify prospects, and manage end-to-end onboarding.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for advertisers and ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Provide ongoing account management support to maintain strong client relationships.

Ad Monetization & Partner Coordination

  • Manage in-app ad inventories across Google Ad Manager, SDK-based networks, and direct sales channels .
  • Liaise with Google, SDK partners, and other third-party publishers for operational, technical, and business requirements.
  • Monitor campaign delivery and performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate solutions with internal teams and partners.

Product Improvement & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance the ads ecosystem.
  • Provide insights from advertisers, SDK partners, and monetization performance to influence product roadmaps.
  • Coordinate and implement experiments to improve the user ad experience .


Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in ad operations or account/client management roles
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills to work across internal and external teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment


Good to Have

  • Prior experience in Ad Sales
  • Familiarity with Google AdMob, Publisher SDK platforms, or other ad monetization tools
  • Exposure to apps, gaming, or fintech ecosystems where ad monetization is a key revenue driver
