Job Opening: Ad-Tech Support Engineer

Location: Tavant, Bangalore

Work Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Work Mode: Work from Office

Responsibilities:

Analyse and resolve complex technical issues.

Interface with customers to provide tailored solutions.

Collaborate with Engineering, SRE, Client Support, and Ad Operations teams.

Work with various Ad-Tech platforms to optimise performance.

Must Have:

Strong expertise in the Ad-Tech domain, including Programmatic Advertising.

Hands-on troubleshooting experience with DSPs.

Knowledge of how CTV advertising works.

Proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience accessing databases.

Good to Have:

Experience with databases such as Athena and Snowflake.

Troubleshooting experience in CTV advertising.

Familiarity with log analysis tools (Grafana, Kibana, QuickSight, etc.).

Experience working with SSPs.

Added Advantage:

Knowledge of workflow tools such as Airflow.
